Development Health Check
Even without a technical executive, you'll know exactly where your development stands today. We assess your code, infrastructure, cloud costs, and team structure in 2–3 weeks, and deliver a report you can take straight into executive decisions.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- Your CTO or lead engineer left, and no one in-house understands the whole system
- You can't tell whether your outsourcing or offshore partners are doing a fair job
- No one knows whether your AWS or other cloud bills are reasonable
- Something breaks every time you release
- Incident response depends on one specific person
- You've been told the system 'should be rebuilt', but can't judge whether that's true
- You want to bring AI into development, but don't know where to start with your current team
If two or more apply, it's time for a health check.
The five areas we examine
What you receive
Executive report (approx. 10 pages)
No jargon. Priorities shown in traffic-light colors (red / yellow / green) — ready to put in front of your board as-is.

Technical appendix
A detailed report your in-house engineers or vendors can act on directly.
Risk register
What happens to the business if each issue is left alone — when, and at what cost and impact.
90-day improvement roadmap
A prioritized plan of what to tackle first.
Debrief session (90 min, online)
We walk your leadership through the findings and answer questions.
Price, timeline, and what we ask of you
No additional fees.
If you contract continued support (rebuild & handover) within three months of the assessment, the full assessment fee is credited toward that engagement.
- 01A 60-minute kickoff meeting
- 02Read-only access to your source code and cloud environment (we assess by reading only — we never change your environment)
- 031–2 interviews with your team (about 60 minutes each)
The report is a neutral document you can use as-is, with no obligation to hire us for what comes next. Take it to another development company, use it for engineer hiring, or act on it in-house — bring it anywhere you like.
We've long worked with systems nobody was left to hand over
For one educational institution, we took over a complex system with no design documents and no predecessor, and kept meeting monthly feature requests for years without breaking what already worked. Enterprise system maintenance, a 10-year-scale long-term operations engagement — 'taking care of systems someone else built' is work we keep coming back to.

How it works

Frequently asked questions
Q.01 We're nervous about sharing our source code.
We always sign an NDA before the assessment. Access is read-only — we never make changes to your environment.
Q.02 Can we engage you with no engineers in-house?
Yes. The report is written for executives, with no technical jargon.
Q.03 Can you also handle the improvements afterwards?
If you wish, we can take it on as rebuild and handover support. The check is complete on its own, though — there is no obligation to continue. Also, if you contract continued support within three months of the assessment, the full assessment fee is credited toward it.
Q.04 Can we meet in person?
We work fully remote by default. Feel free to ask if you need something else.
Q.05 Can you assess any technology?
We mainly cover web, mobile, and cloud (AWS, etc.). Please tell us about unusual environments during the free consultation.
Start with a free 30-minute consultation.
Even "do we actually need this check?" is a fine place to start.
